Summary

Gate piers and gates at the entrance to the drive to Durnford House, which was rebuilt around the middle of the nineteenth century. The piers and gates are thought to be of early eighteenth-century date. The pair of piers are of ashlar stone with moulded caps, and the gates are wrought iron with scroll ornament.
