'(37) Houses, Nos. 43–53 (odd) are of the early 19th century; Nos. 45 to 51 are of three storeys with a parapet and have doorways flanked by moulded timber pilasters carrying open pediments, those of Nos. 47 and 49 being united under a common pediment; the doorway to No. 53 is similar.'
