Summary

Detached cottage at Gaunt's Common. Dated late eighteenth century, the cottage is one storey with an attic, thatched roof with lower parts of the walls made from brick and the upper parts made from plastered cob. There was a twentieth century addition of a single storey rear lean-to garage at the left end and a porch with a tiled roof. The building has been largely unaltered.
