Full Description
1764. Originally built as Christchurch Workhouse. Red brick with grey headers, eaves cornice and tiled roof. 2 storeys with 4 hipped dormers above, 10 windows casements with square leaded quarrels, 2 doorways with hoods supported on brackets. 6 panelled doors. Northern doorway has broken scroll pediment and rectangular fanlight.
Red House Museum, Grade 2*. Built in 1764 of red brick with a tiled roof, and of two storeys. Built originally as the parish workhouse, it is now a museum. (2-3)
