Summary

19th century. Part of same building as No 40A (qv). Stucco facade with eaves cornice and parapet. Bands at 1st and 2nd floor. 3 storeys. 3 windows, eastern side has 2 storey bay with 3 light window above. All windows, round arched, with moulded stucco architraves and generally late 19th century glazing. Round arched door with moulded archivolt, pilasters and fanlight.
