Full Description
Well-preserved picturesque villa in red brick tile-hung Norman Shaw style, circa 1875, almost certainly by R W Edis (architect to Drummond Wolff estate). 2 storeys and dormers, tiles in 3 different patterns, bargeboards of white-painted timber. Towards road (west), big 1st floor gable on brackets over ground floor canted bays lean-to adjoining with pargetted panels in half-gable and porch on open timber brackets. South front to garden with 2 big tile-hung dormers, one over 2-storey canted bay, lean-to conservatory with stained glass lunettes to door. Chimneys tall but altered at top.
