Full Description

Picturesque cottage, circa 1850, ground floor and semi-attic, red brick. Gable end to road, carried down low over lean-to extensions on each side, that on east including timber verandah-porch. Mullioned casements, diamond lattice glazing, 3 lights with transom on ground floor, 2 lights on 1st. Steeply pitched slate roof with overhanging eaves and plain bargeboards. Diagonally set pair of chimneystacks on ridge.
