Full Description

Picturesque cottage, circa 1850, ground floor and semi-attic, brickwork now painted except chimeybreasts. Asymmetrical T plan, with lean-to timber verandah-porch set across angle. Mullioned casements, originally with diamond lattice glazing (now gone), 3 lights with transom on ground floor, 2 lights on 1st. Steeply pitched roofs with ornamental scalloped tiles in bands alternating with ordinary tiles, overhanging eaves, plain bargeboards. Dormers with tile-hung cheeks. Single-storey wing at rear, also with scalloped tiles.
