Full Description

Well-preserved red brick mill, with continuous roof ridge to mixed 2- and 3-storey block, probably circa 1850. Main front to west: north end 3-storey, 2 windows wide, all segment-headed. Hoist bay has bull-nosed blue brick dressings to doorway and 1st floor opening, white weatherboarded housing to hoist, gabled, on brackets. South end 2-storey, 3 windows wide. Tiled roof, inset skylights. Low single-storey south extension, modern garage attached. Northern end situated in Ringwood and Fordingbridge Road. Recorded by NRIM. Photographed. <1>
