Full Description

Early Victorian villa, circa 1850, white-painted brick with black-painted stucco dressings, 3 windows wide. Glazed porch with arched Gothick lights, patterned glass in gable, and wavy bargeboard with cast-iron finial, railing survives on left. Flanked on each side by neat canted bay with moulded cornice to ground floor. Gable wall of stucco had wavy pierced bargeboards. Black-painted gate piers and wall. Stucco chimneys. Includes white weatherboarded workshop wing behind, with continuous glazing to upper floor.
