Full Description
1925-6 by Sir Ninian Comper, as mortuary chapel. Plain exterior, Tudor style, of stone. Flat parapet to roof raised pedimentally at west end over canopied sculpture of Crucifixion over doorway. Flat-roofed east vestry. Interior of Quattrocento type: 2-bay arcades of stone Tuscan columns supporting groined plaster vault. Bas-relief Majestas over altar in elliptical vesica with 8 radiating finials.
