Summary

Formerly a watermill, mill house, and cottage - now one house. The mill and mill house are 17th century and the cottage is mid 19th century. The buildings consist of rubble stone walls, with brick dressings to the cottage. Each has tiled roofs with stone eaves courses to the mill and mill house. The mill house has 3 storeys and the mill and cottage has 2.

‘The following monuments, unless otherwise described, are of the 17th century and of two storeys; the walls are of rubble and the roofs are thatched or covered with modern materials. Some of the buildings have exposed ceiling-beams and original fireplaces. … (32) Yetminster Mill, ¼ mile S.S.E. of the church; the Millhouse is modern, but the Mill was built in the 17th century, there is a modern extension on the W. It is of two storeys and retains some original two-light window frames. Inside there is heavy timber-framing with stop chamfered beams. The Barn to the N. is initialled and dated E.D. 1833.’
