Full Description

The published note describes this find as follows: 'A highly polished flint axe was found in plough-soil near the top of White Hill, Littlebredy (SY 59308925). Length 16 cm., width at cutting edge 6 cm. tapering to 3 cm. at the other end; maximum thickness 3 cm. The cutting edge had a diagonal break.' <1>
