Cottage in row, formerly two. C19 rebuilding of an earlier fabric. Shallow rubble-stone walls, with dressed stone quoins. Slate roof, hipped at right hand end. Brick stacks, at left hand party wall and right of centre, ridge (former party wall. 2 storeys. 3 windows, 2-light wooden casements with wooden cills, 3-light to ground floor, with segmental brick arches. Plank-and-muntin door, C20, plank porch. Blocked doorway towards right hand end.
