Summary
Detached former farmhouse. Late seventeenth century, with much twentieth century alteration. Rubble-stone walls and stone quoins. Thatch roof with stone gable-copings.

'House, on the W. side of the road at Rodden, 1,120 yards, E.S.E. of (28), retains two original stone windows of three lights with labels.' (1)
