'Cottages, ... 75 yards E. of (16), incorporate reused ashlar in the walls.' (1)
Detached Cottage, formerly two. C18, with C20 reconstruction, and renewed fenestration. Shallow rubble-stone walls. Thatch roof with gable end to west, and half-hip to east. C20 brick stack at west gable. 2 storeys. 3 windows, irregular fenestration of 2- and 3-light wooden casements with glazing-bars, wooden cills and lintels, C20. C20 plank door on west gable wall, with 2 ornamental strap-hinges.
