Summary

Earlyseventeenthh century house, with walls of flint, rubble and brickwork of a variety of builds with rubble dressings and a half-hipped, thatched roof with brick stack. The record for this monument has been enhanced with support from Wessex Water.

Full Description

'(13) COTTAGE (86571451), of one storey with attics, has walls of brick, rubble and cob, and a thatched roof; it is of 17th century origin. Inside, two stop-chamfered beams are exposed, and an open fireplace has a chamfered and cambered oak bressumer.
