Summary

A two-storey cottage built in the seventeenth century. The building has rubble walls and a thatched roof. The record for this monument has been enhanced with support from Wessex Water.

Full Description

'(13) Cottage (86441689), of two storeys with rubble walls and a thatched roof, originated in the 17th century as a single-storeyed dwelling with an attic. The plan is of class T. The W. ground-floor room has a large open fireplace and a stop-chamfered ceiling beam. The casement windows in the S. front are of the 19th century.' [1]
