Summary

One of two cottages built in the early to mid-eighteenth century, with twentieth-century alterations and now combined into one dwelling. The building has walls of cob on a flint and brick plinth and a thatched roof. Surviving features of the interior are reported to included chamfered ceiling beams and a brick fireplace.
