Summary

A farmhouse thought to have been built in the seventeenth century, with a ranged added to the east early in the nineteenth century. The building has walls of rubble, flint and brick, and a slate roof.

ST 94320950. Launceston farmhouse, probably 17th century, with walls of rubble, flint and brick, with a slate roof. The east range was added early in the 19th century. <1>

'(5) Launceston Farm (94320950), house, of two storeys, with walls partly of rubble and flint and partly of brick, and with slate-covered roofs, probably is of 17th-century origin. The E. range, with a symmetrical brick façade with square-headed sashed windows of one and of two lights, was added early in the 19th century.'
