Late eighteenth to early to mid nineteenth century; a building is shown on this site on a "Plan of Lyme Regis and Environs 1841." Two storeys and attic. Three window bays. Three box dormers. New slate gabled roof. Blue lias ashlar front. Long and short quoins.
