Summary

Early to mid nineteenth century a building is shown on this site on a "Plan of Lyme Regis and Environs 1841;" later additions and alterations e.g. to fenestration of street front. Garden front in two sections. Left hand section. Slate hipped roof with ball finial. Rendered front. Right hand section of three storeys on lower ground. Similar elevation. Hipped slate roof. Rendered front. Once had a garden in the Italian style.
