Full Description
Fragments of a later prehistoric bank and ditched field system, in the vicinity of the Bronze Age barrow cemetery at Black Down. The site is visible as cropmarks and earthworks on aerial photographs.{1-2}

‘There are some lynchets on the bottom of the valley floor running off from the Poor Lot barrow group. The lynchet running from barrow 7a to 7b still survives but the other lynchets illustrated in RCHM have now been destroyed. In pasture. 6/2/D.’
