Monument record MDO1297 - Winterbourne Poor Lot: pond barrow

Barrow, between 400ft. and 500ft. contours on the E. part of Black Down. One of twenty. Pond Barrow, consists of a sinking 37ft. in diam and 1.5ft. deep with a bank 17ft. wide and up to 1.5ft. high. {1}

Bronze Age pond barrow forming part of the Winterbourne Poor Lot Barrow Group. The site is visible as cropmarks on aerial photographs. {2}
