Early to mid nineteenth century with later alterations and additions. Originally two cottages which were turned into one by the architect Arnold Mitchell. Two storeys. Two window bays. Matched roof. Slate hung. Two handsome eighteenth century rainwater-heads imported from elsewhere and attached to either side of the front; ceilings within by Arnold Mitchell.
