Full Description

Slader's Yard is a two-storeyed warehouse built of hammer-dressed stone with a half-hipped corrugated iron roof. The most prominent features are the segmental-arched wide loading doors in the centre of the north and south ground floor elevations, that to the north has been blocked. The north elevation, facing George Street, has three ranges of slit windows. The south elevation formerly faced an enclosed yard and has larger windows. There is a single storey lean-to extension to the east. <1>

18th or 19th century house and now chandlery. Hammer dressed stone with some blue lias. Half-hipped corrugated iron roof. 2 storeys. 3 ranges of casements with glazing bars. Segmental arch in centre of ground floor, once closed by a door. North elevation has 3 ranges of slit windows ( 1 on ground floor altered) and blocked segmental arch. 1 storey lean-to extension with blocking courses to gable ends on east side. <5>
