One of a group of four houses (46-52 West Allington) constructed in 1836-7 by John Knight for Harriet Colfox. Two storeyed house with stucco front and low pitched hipped slate roof with wide eaves on shaped brackets and a porch with trellis work front, tent roof and scalloped cresting. (1)
