Summary

One of two houses thought to have been built in or shortly before 1863. The architect John Hicks sold the houses newly built in that year and is presumed to have designed them. The building has walls of hammer-dressed stone and a hipped slate roof with ashlar chimney stacks set on ashlar coping above the partition wall.
