A cottage built in the eighteenth century. The building has rubble-stone walls and a slate roof with stone slab eaves and stone gable copings, and brick chimney stacks.

‘The following monuments, unless otherwise described, are of the 17th century and of two storeys; the walls are of local rubble and the roofs are thatched or covered with modern materials. Some of the buildings have exposed ceiling-beams and original fireplaces. … (22) Cottage, immediately E. of (21), retains two original stone windows.’
