Summary

An early 17th century farmhouse with a 19th centuryraised roof-pitch. Built of dressed stone walls and a slate roof, reconstructed with stone gable-copings. Now known as Lower Innsacre.

Full Description

The house was built early in the 17thc, the S.E. part appears to have been added or rebuilt in the later part of the 17thc., and the porch at a still later date. <2>

The house is no longer connected with the farm, and to distinguish it is now known as LOWER INNSACRE <3.1>. The house is in good condition, with much original work, and some modern alterations. For general appearance see G.P. AO/55/128/8. <3>
