Full Description
A detached farmhouse with origins as a c. 16th century open hall, ceiled in the 17th century. It has rubble stone walls with stone quoins, a thatch roof, gabled at left hand and half-hipped at right hand, with brick stacks at left hand gable and right hand ridge. There is a 20th century rubble-stone extension at right angles, with a corrugated iron roof.
Described by the Royal Commission as "Cottage, two tenements, […] has braces to the roof-truss, carred down the wall" (1).
