Full Description

The Rectory (SY 71459710) Piddlehinton, built of banded brick and flint with ashlar, is a two-storeyed structure with attics dated 1753; the keystone over the doorway is inscribed PM 1753'. An 18th century plan in the present rector's possession shows that the former rectory stood to the east of the present site; some of its walls are perhaps incorporated in outhouses to the east. <2>
