Description

Sand dune 3m high with scatter of burnt orange brick fragments c. 10cm wide. Flue like structure midway up the mound consisting of two walls of single coursed brick with three courses present. Two walls separated by c. 30cm. Possible kiln of pipe maker Hymer. Pipe stems and bowls collected from site at earlier date.
