Description

Assessment to establish the impact of redevelopment proposal by Whettam Estate for 13 dwellings at Southdown Farm. Extensive ground disturbance in north of site and site of farmhouse but minimal disturbance elsewhere. Not able to discount presence of archaeological deposits, excavation of two evaluation trenches proposed.
