Description
AC archaeology carried out an archaeological evaluation on the site of a proposed block of flats at 3A and 5 The Avenue, Branksome, Poole in September 1996. Four trenches were excavated by machine across the area of the proposed development. No pre-modern features and finds were recorded. A series of modern features revealed can be identified with the previous building on the site. (1) (2)
