Description
'Given the following: 1. The clear late date of the bulk of the building ie it is Victorian 2. The loss of plan form which means there is no integrity to the lay out 3. The amount of rebuilding and alteration following a fire, which means that there is little historic integrity to the fabric. This building does not meet the criteria for listing.'
