Description

Monitoring of the excavation of a new water pipeline from the north westedge of the village (ST 8595 0965) to the south side of the south westcorner of the hillfort (ST 8535 1045). Cross sections were recorded through three strip lynchets belonging to the open fields of the village, enclosed in 1841.
