Description

A geophysical survey was commissioned by Savills in relation to proposed development. A magnetometer survey was carried out using a Bartington Grad 601-2 gradiometer with a traverse interval of 1m and sample interval of 0.25m. No magnetic responses were recorded that could be interpreted as being of archaeological origin. A weak linear trend identified in the centre of the site was thought most likely be of natural origin.
