Description

Archaeological evaluation comprising the excavation of two trenches, each measuring 1m by 5m, on the site of the proposed dwellings. The trenches were dug by machine under archaeological supervision. A small V-shaped ditch cut was seen in Trench 1, but could not be dated. No other features or deposits of archaeological interest were observed, and no artefacts recovered.
