Description

The statement attempts to show how the proposals for the work to the cottage at Southover form a portion of a continuing pattern of change and development in a Village Community. The proposal is set into a historic sequence which are considered by the architect to be appropriate for what has been shown in the statement to be an area of gradual development add change of many hundred years.
