Description

Detailed gradiometer survey of all accessible parts, comprising 5.6ha of a ha site, was undertaken as part of a programme of archaeological works ahead of proposed development. A few small anomalies of possible archaeological origin were revealed, the majority appearing to relate to agricultural activity, including at least one former field boundary and numerous ploughing trends.
