Description
Area G13 is a detailed gradiometer survey area immediately south of Area G12 on Grammars Hill Iwerne Stepleton, which forms part of the larger geophysical survey undertaken along the route of a new water supply main between the Wessex Water works at Corfe Mullen, Dorset to Camp Hill Storage Tank near Salisbury, Wiltshire.
No anomalies of probable archaeological origin were identified. Possible archaeology includes two magnetic spikes probably associated with ferrous debris (Anomaly 187).
The record for this event has been created with support from Wessex Water.
