Description

In October 2000, AC Archaeology carried out a watching brief during the construction of a replacement water main which ran along and across the line of the Hamworthy to Badbury Rings Roman road. Well-preserved sections of the agger of the road were recorded. No trace of a flanking ditch was observed.
