Description
Observations and recording during clearance of vegetation and construction of a temporary reservoir during the cleaning of the existing reservoir. Works comprised machine excavation of a trial hole 2m by 1m to locate the existing pipe, and of the temporary reservoir site, an area measuring 9.3m by 9.3m, the latter monitored to a depth of 0.70m. A GPS survey was attempted but failed due to technical difficulties.
No archaeological finds, features or deposits were observed.
