Description
'An archaeological watching brief was carried out by Terrain Archaeology in July 2005 at St Mary’s Church, Swanage (SZ02717875) during the excavation of foundation trenches for the walls and steps associated with a ramp and raised area of paving between the west end of the church and the church rooms. No deposits or features of archaeological interest were observed.' [1]
