Description

Wessex Archaeology conducted a desk-based assessment on the site of Child's Garage, Long Street prior to March 1996. The report suggested that the site had potential for medieval remains fronting on to Long Street. The desk-based asessment was subsequently followed by an evaluation and a watching brief.
