Description
The site of a bowl barrow towards the SW corner of the interior of Poundbury Camp was surveyed by 'N.J.A.' of the Ordnance Survey Archaeological Division on the 23 April 1981. His field notes are recorded on the OS record card as follows: 'The barrow is generally as described and measured by authority 3. Slight indications of a possible berm are visible on the barrow viewed from the southwest, though this may be the result of natural spread.' (1)
