Description

NRHE: Trench A. No discernible features, but there were distinctive layers in which pottery of C13th-15th and C18th-19th was recovered.(Information from N. Pratt, National Trust Cirencester, suggests that thearchive for the site, formerly held at Kingston Lacy House, is now at theNational Trust's Castle View office, Corfe Castle. The finds may also havebeen transferred to this location).National Trust Project Reference No.: 1079
