Description

Ten or twelve skeletons were found by Mr. Parsons some years prior to 1965 during the digging of foundations for a garage at The Rectory, under the present garage floor. The skeletons were reportedly arranged in a clock formation with heads to the centre and a stone over each head. The bones, said to be brittle, were subsequently scattered. [1]
