Description

1. 5191 SOUTH STREET (West Side) Nos 130 to 142 (even) SY 4692 1/459 18.4.74. II GV 2. Mid C19. Red brick. Yellow brick string. Ashlar dressings. Hammer dressed stone plinth. Pitched slate roof. 1 coped gable on kneelers. Red brick stacks. 2 storeys. Moulded yellow brick eaves cornice. 8 ranges of sashes. 7 4-panelled doors with oblong fanlight and keystones. 1 3-centred arch to carriage entrance, with long-and-short quoins and voussoirs, and moulded imposts. Rear is of rubble with red brick dressings and has casements with glazing bars. Behind No 140 is a very long 1 storey outhouse, colour washed brick, pitched slate roof, and windows with glazing bars. Nos 86 to 148 (even) form a group, together with Nos 1 to 6 St Mary's Place. +Jarv+s Place Listing NGR: SY4659092406
